Letter of Recommendation

Justification: After seeing my work with the students on a daily basis in the classroom my paraprofessional has made many comments about how professionally I handle student situations. She wrote me a letter of reference as I started applying to jobs and it is an excellent formal documentation of the comments I receive on a daily basis from her. She mentions that when my mentor teacher was out of the classroom for a few days I was able to take over professional responsibilities.

Evidence: Below is a picture of the letter of reference the paraprofessional in my classroom wrote about me after seeing me work with the students on a daily basis.
