My research interests include inter-organizational coordination for enhanced ICT deployments in the context of humanitarian relief, with an emphasis on the use of ICT for HIV/AIDS prevention and care in sub-Saharan Africa. I am currently the project manager of COHORT, a research project at the College of Information Sciences and Technology (IST) at Penn State that studies ICT best practices for coordination among humanitarian organizations. |
