I am a PhD student at the College of Information Sciences and Technology at the Pennsylvania State University, University Park. I hold a Master’s degree in Information Systems from Pace University.
Prior to joining Penn State I worked as progarm staff and research assistant in the ICT, Science and Technology Division , at the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia and have over a decade of experience in IT administration at the University of Dschang - Cameroon.
I am a Fulbright and a United Nations Fulbright Fellow.
