Some people prefer to multitask. Some prefer to unitask. Some, who multitask should unitask, and vice versa. Our technology today is really set up with the multitasker in mind; our meetings set up for the unitasker.

Podcasts run in the background in the car and at home. My feed reader is my email client, so I know when a new post comes in about as often as I check my email. Firefox has the Twitbin extension pane up as I browse with multiple tabs in the browser. My chat clients always running. And I have a book at home on communication tools and one at work, in case technology fails me and provides me with unplanned downtime.

- Enter another podcast: Scene Unseen. Movie reviews. One guy watches the movie. One does not. Both review it. Hmm...
- Add to that an invite to University Web Developers from a colleague, Jennifer Berghage. (We happen to be like-minded in a number ways with one difference: she's a unitasker.)
Last week, after one late night of insomnia, the lines started connecting like some James Burke version of history...
Stay tuned for an upcoming zenware reviews by Jen and I!
