     led a group of Martinsburg community citizens in opposing a projected development that

     violated existing deeds and covenants.  Made presentations to the Altoona Blair County

     Airport Authority and the North Woodbury Township Supervisors.  Garnered support

     of local politicians, the Altoona Blair County Airport Authority, and other concerned

     citizens to ensure that the developer modified plans to abide by current regulations

     and restrictions.)
