Welcome to Kang Zhao's website!
Kang Zhao is now a Ph.D. student at the College of Information Sciences and Technology (IST) at the Pennsylvania State University, University Park. He was the recipient of the Robert W. Graham Endowed Graduate Fellowship. He also works as a Research Assistant at the Intelligent Agent Laboratory.
He holds an M.S. in Computer Science from the Department of Computer Science at the Eastern Michigan University (EMU), Ypsilanti, MI. He also received B.E. in Information Engineering from the Department of Electrical Engineering at the Beijing Institute of Technology (BIT), Beijing, China.
