This is my first blog creation and post, so it is somewhat of a new experience for me. A little about me, I am 34 years old, married with two children and I currently work in management for a community bank in Bucks County, PA . I have been fascinated over the last 14 years at looking at different companies, and seeing how technology has been helpful in advancing business growth, and also at how sometimes used ineffectively, it has hindered growth or cost a company opportunity. When making my decision to go back to school, and in deciding what to focus on, this played a major role in my choice, as I have decided that Information Sciences and Technology is the degree path that I wish to follow.
It is a challenge to be sure, trying to balance a full time work week, while also being a husband, father, and student as well as continuing to volunteer with local sports organizations, but one that I think will be well worth it. I am certainly familiar with using a computer, but as to the intricacies of code and programming, I am a novice and need to learn more about those disciplines as well.
