Now that You're Here, Feed Me

I love this time of year.  The faculty and students return and the academic energy they create surges through the halls giving this campus life.  It is a great time, full of promise and of expectations.  As many of you know, we've worked hard over the Summer to try and build a better experience for you.  Early indicators suggest it is working.  We've gotten terrific comments on the "new look", dining services appear to be capturing your business, and we're getting great participation at events.   The freshmen coming in are enthusiastic, a little crazy, and show great promise in becoming terrific Penn Staters.

So, now that it has been a few weeks and you've had a chance to take things in we need your input. What else you would like to see?  How can we improve this campus and your experience? Food services is particularly interested in hearing from you, but I'm looking for comments about everything and anything you would like to see happen.  I can't promise we'll do it, but I can promise I'll hear you and respond.  One young man came up and told me we need a swimming pool.  As a lap swimmer (who needs to get back on that horse soon) I couldn't agree more.  The problem is money, space, and other priorities.   But, I like the thinking.  So, Penn State New Kensington, what else can we do for you?  C'mon, I need ideas.  Feed me.
