I am a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Political Science at The Pennsylvania State University, specializing in International Relations and Political Methodology.

I am interested in the scientific study of international conflict, specifically war expansion. I investigate conflict processes by developing formal models (e.g., game-theoretic, computational) and then subjecting the implications of these models (i.e., hypotheses) to empirical evaluation using statistical analysis.
