For analysis of spatio-temporal, multivariate data, I have developed two Java software tools - ESTAT (Exploratory Spatio-Temporal Analysis Toolkit), and VIT (Visual Inquiry Toolkit). The two software tools are based on the open-source Java framework GeoVISTA Studio, which provides a visual programming environment for spatial data analysis.

ESTAT (Exploratory Spatio-Temporal Analysis Toolkit)

ESTAT can be download at GeoVISTA center.The tutorial of ESTAT can be found at GeoVISTA center and National Cancer Institute. I suggest to install Java 6 (JRE 6) to run ESTAT. I will provide a quick tutorial soon...
