ITS working on VPN connection problem for some computers

Information Technology Services (ITS) has identified a critical problem
affecting some computers which involves their ability to connect to the Penn
State Wireless network and the Penn State Anywhere Virtual Private Network
(VPN). The affected computers run Windows Vista 64-bit and Windows XP 64-bit
operating systems. Currently, there is no Cisco VPN client (a type of
software that creates a secure connection over the Internet) available for
these 64-bit operating systems. Note: The situation is exclusively limited to
Windows Vista 64-bit and Windows XP 64-bit operating systems.
