Gridded GPP and NEE data for the conterminous U.S. (EC-MOD)
     Spatial resolution: 1 km × 1 km
     Spatial coverage: conterminous U.S.
     Temporal resolution: 8-day
     Temporal coverage: Mar 2000 – Dec 2006
The EC-MOD data set (Version 1.0) consists of gross primary productivity (GPP) and net ecosystem exchange (NEE) at
1km spatial resolution and 8-day time step and spans the period from March 2000 to December 2006. It was developed
from eddy covariance (EC) flux data and wall-to-wall MODIS data using a modified regression tree approach. This data
set has also been aggregated to 1degree spatial resolution and monthly time steps for the NACP interim synthesis activities.
