  • Advanced Road Safety And Weather Warning System (ARSAWWS) Project for PennDOT District 2-0. Project tasks include: development of a database which integrates crash, roadway inventory, hourly traffic counts, and weather data, analysis of data, and development of models for selecting a list of routes and/or locations representing high weather-related crash risk, and determination of predictability of weather events at locations of high weather-crash risk.

  • Responsible for the areas of Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Remote Image Processing, and Global Positional System (GPS).
