In general terms, the blocks in the borders of the city present lower percentages of registered voters compared with the central area. In particular, blocks in the east and west of the city present the lowest percentages of register voters with values lower than 45%. Apart from this, there is not other apparent tendency in the data. The total registration in the city is 53.64%.

The first evident situation is that the parties Mugwumps and Whigs have the majority of the support in the city with very low support for the rest of the parties. Mugwumps has the majority of the affiliations in most of the blocks, especially in those in the periphery of the city. In the other hand, near the center, many blocks present higher support to Whigs than any other party.

The registered Hispanics represents the 6.5% of the total registration in the City. However some blocks presents more than one hundred Hispanic registrations therefore it would be strategic to invest in Spanish flyers in these blocks. The blocks are located near the center of the city, while in the borders of the city the numbers of Hispanics are in many cases lower than twenty.
