I'm the application tester for ANGEL and part of the User Services unit within ITS Consulting and Support Services. My duties are varied, but my primary focus is on functional testing of ANGEL, both new versions and updates for the current version. In addition to my formal testing role, I also serve as tier two support for ANGEL Support and act as a liaison between support and development staff.
I also serve similar roles with ANGEL-related projects such as the Course Submission and Consultation System, online SRTE, and other up-and-coming ANGEL projects.

I contribute to the ANGEL Community Hub, where I answer questions from the ANGEL community at PSU, publish helpful tips and articles, and announce updates.
I'm also active in the wider ANGEL community and a frequent poster to the ANGEL-L mailing list (keep clicking "more hits" to see more recent posts), intended for ANGEL administrators and faculty to help each other.
I've written, in whole or in part, several technical articles in the ANGEL knowledgebase.
