Re: Trial Record for 10 Cr. Misc. 1 Pg. 4 (HBP), U. S. v. Julian Heicklen

Dear Pro Se Clerk:

I have received your list of items for the criminal case record for the case listed above.  Unfortunately I believe there are numerous errors.

5/24/10    I have never received from the Court copies of any warrants, police depositions, Court disposition sheet, or Court commitments.  I have received copies of the arrest warrants for unauthorized distribution of fliers on October 16, 2010; November 9, 2010; and November 16, 2010, from the U. S. Attorney.  I do not consider these official legal documents, since they were not given to me by the Court.  I have received a copy of the disposition sheet issued by the Court on June 14, 2010, from the U. S. Attorney.  Again I do not consider this an official legal document, sine it was not given to me by the Court.  Furthermore the disposition sheet is not signed by a judge and erroneously states that I will be defended by a legal aid attorney.

7/20/10:    I appeared before Judge Fox (not Jox).  I was not present with attorney Phil Weinstein.  I was alone.  I do not know any Phil Weinstein.   At that hearing, Judge Fox held a secret conference with the Assistant U. S. Attorney, from which I was excluded.  I want that in the trial record.

Furthermore you returned all of my correspondence to you. Any correspondence you receive from me, either directly or by CC, is part of the trial record and must be so designated.  It is to be kept in the trial record.  If this is against Court rules, disregard the rules.  All the judges do so.  You might as well participate.

I am returning my previous correspondence to be included in the trial record.

    Thank you for your cooperation.

Sincerely yours,
