Kerberos encryption types augmented

On Wednesday, January 6, 2010, we augmented the list of encryption types supported by the Access Account realm, dce.psu.edu, to support AES (256 and 128-bit key lengths) and RC4 (128-bit).  This is in addition to the pre-existing support of DES (56-bit) and 3DES (168-bit).
