Biography
I am now an Assistant Professor (Tenure-Track) in the College of Information Sciences and Technology at the Pennsylvania State University Worthington Scranton Campus. I received my Ph.D. degree (IST) from Pennsylvania State University in 2007. My advisor is Dr. Peng Liu. I received the B.S. and M.S. degrees (E.E.) from Jilin University, Changchun, China.
