My name is Helene Tack.  I am a senior Elementary Education major at Penn State University.

This is my online portfolio chronicling my journey as a student teacher intern for the  2008-2009 school year!
In my professional blog, I will share my adventures as a student teacher intern in  State College Area School District.  Most of my experiences will come from my assigned third grade classroom.  However, I am privileged to also have consistent contact with a partner classroom in Kindergarten.  This year is sure to pose many obstacles and challenges.  However, I am certain that conquering these challenges will reap many benefits for me, my current students and my future students!

Now, on with my adventure!
