  In a word: ethnographer-of-critical-environments-for-affective-CSCW

Although I'm broadly concerned with topics on computer-supported cooperative work, I have found a theme has emerged from my research over the last few years to be loosely described as socio-affective critical collaborative information systems. This is primarily due to my fascination with high-stress critical environment – environments which most mistakenly believe are rationale and prescribed but are really highly tuned social and emotional machines to deal with the ambiguity and chaos. I love it. I am currently using both qualitative methods and quantitative methods to get at some of the big questions.
