I decorated these festive little guys with crushed peppermint sticks. Not the hard gross ones,....the ones that melt in your mouth. yum!

This was a birthday request from a friend, and boy am I glad I made these. They were good!
I cut the sugar by about a third for the cupcake, knowing full well that the frosting would make up for it, and that it did!
