OSAL – Highlanders: 4 presentations, Ridgerunners: 3 + 1 (with Blue Mountain), Somerset: 1, Endless Mountain: 4, Clarion County: 1, Bill A. & Hal presented @ BEA, 5/21 – Hal @ S.C. (who will help?  Possibly Joel).  Covered all of our area now.

Products – No sales this month.  Website partially up (hopefully done by end of month).

 

Old Business

 

1.

Rights Rally – Hal said there was a good turnout, successful day.

2.

Mike Struble (100 tickets) – Winner of hoodie from April sales.  Approx. 1,300 sold so far.

3.

Hazen – E-mail Kathy if you will be going.  Leaving Roadhouse @ 9am on 6/19.

4.

June ride – RC Bill Pazul.  Ride is a mystery ride – will last around 4-5 hours, approx. 160 miles.  ***Here is a reminder from your RC....  be sure to come to the meeting with your tank full, since we will be leaving immediately after the meeting!!!

5.

Bike Show – Dana is working with Tom.  Debate between increasing admission cost and Roadhouse supplying food or keeping cost the same and buying food on your own (Tom possibly having a buffet for purchase).  Dana – make sure to get wristbands to show who as paid admission for beer/food.

6.

Toy Run meeting – Regular meeting 4/21: new signs to promote toy run.  Subcommitte meeting: party and door prizes, after Toy Run will be held at Centre Hall Legion, Chuck Carroll will be photographer, please get donations from businesses. 

7.

5/5 – Hal & Natalie – Local government news Ch. 7 – Mayor Bill Welch declared May to be MC Safety Month.  Cannot do WPSU radio show this year.
