1.

OSAL – 4 reports: Chester County 1, Greenville 1, Chinklacamoose 1, CLR 1.  Hal’s picture was in paper – passed around at meeting.  Congrats!  A new position was proposed:  District 5 OSAL Coordinator.  This position will be voted on by all the District 5 Chapter Presidents.  There is one person interested in the position.

2.

District Rep. – Jacks Mountain, Union County joined our district 5.  We are the only district without a district administration and would like to keep it that way.  State wants to appoint a District Coordinator for OSAL, but we still want to continue our district without an administration.  If we have problems, John Hall meets with District Presidents in a closed meeting to solve issues.
