OSAL-Hal and Rachael presented 6 classes with a total of 170 students, Rachael-the kids asked great questions; Hal will be working with Keith Ripka, former Penns Valley Drivers’ Ed teacher to present OSAL in PV schools

Products-purchased carriers to transport products to meetings and events; have new grey long sleeved Ts, full inventory of sizes; filled in sizes in orange and black Ts; chapter has +$100 in products!

Webmaster-Check page once in a while-look for missing items/events and mistakes; getting about 100 hits per week; almost 60 in our CLR facebook group

                                   

Old Business

 

1.

Food bank-delivery to the food bank will be Sunday Oct 30, McDonald’s at the mall, leave at noon to get to Snowshoe food bank by 1:00, then go to Alley Popper for lunch; Steve-contacted Mr Stitzer at the Gazette to publicize; Chinese Auction of products raised $152 of the $425 raised today

State Flag-Looking for a new manufacturer for the state flag because the husband of the woman who was to make the flag got a job with a flag manufacturer and they feel it would be a conflict of interests

Christmas Party-Steve-Post 779 reserved 3rd Saturday in January; MoonDog-will the meeting be later that day, Curt S motion to hold mtg at 4:00pm instead of noon, seconded by Bill A, motion passed; MoonDog-should we bring and exchange gift, yes bring a gift if you want

L&L-Jan 27-28, rooms going fast call 717-469-0661 for reservations, $78 per night; Curt motion to have chapter reimburse $75 registration fee as has been done in the past, seconded by Hal, motion passed; Vicky-do we have the money to do that, Mule-yes we do and it’s important that people go; Chuck-stressed importance of attending; John H-Wozniak has had a “crash pad” in the past; Kim-participate in the classes and activities if you go!; Speed-Worm says have a good time!
