Issue has arisen for individuals with disabilities to be able to earn class M license taking the test on a trike, yes the test can be taken on a trike for a class M with restrictions; Three bills in the transportation committee regarding “training wheel” kits on motorcycles, being able to pass through a red light not tripped by a motorcycle and removing liability for establishments hosting the Motorcycle Safety Course have had all amendments removed, however, if there is no vote on these bills this year, the process will start over next year.
