Ride to Lobby Day in Harrisburg included Steen, Greg Ritter, Curt Stump, Keith Muhlbauer from CLR, 53 total attended from around the state; One of the bills addressed at Lobby Day, HB242 re: conversion kits now has 116 co-sponsors and is already in front of the Transportation Cmt; HB590 would allow MCs to pass through a red light signal that did not change after the rider has waited a “reasonable” amount of time, still awaiting passage; HB1189 would allow exemption of liability for locations/businesses that host the State Motorcycle Safety Program on their property, this bill is in limbo, tied down with many amendments, Radar-CPIST (Tech School) will continue to host the course; Loud pipes save lives but annoy residents, please be respectful
