Letter from Charles Umbenhauer-urging continued vigilance about the helmet law and right to choose; 204 motorcycle fatalities in 2008 a 14% reduction from 2008, probably a combination of factors contributed to the reduction, possible including our Motorcycle awareness signs; Jan 2011 could mark a change in legislative stands on the helmet law as there can be many changes in office, Charles has 2 suggestions 1) know your local Representatives and Senators well! 2) Show up at Lobby Day, Tuesday 4:20, call your state offices now to let them know you’re coming; more details in the April Between the Lines; Steen is planning to go to Lobby Day, contact him if you want to ride as a group
