Pelosi: We Have The 'Support Of The American People'... - This is a bald-faced lie as the vast majority of Americans are speaking out in direct opposition in overwhelming numbers against the draconian Stalinist country killing legislation of Comrade Obama and Commissars Pelosi and Reid who couldn't care less about the American dream, preferring to turn it into the American nightmare not only for us, especially those of us who are senior citizens who can no longer look forward to their 'golden years', courtesy of Ezekiel Emanuel & CO who don't believe that seniors deserve health care, instead mandating end-of-life counseling for them every five years to get them to 'check out' quicker, which was breaking news today that is contained in Obama's 'death care' bill, but also for our children and grandchildren.
It was reported today that Ezekiel Emanuel said that 'those who are 65 were 25 once,' implying, they had their chance for life, now it's time for them to die and let the younger generation have their chance. These are the kind of demonic people that Obama has surrounded himself with in his administration straight from the bowels of hell! But what else can be expected from a 'thing' who not only sees nothing wrong with killing babies inside but also outside their mothers' wombs!
Abortion is pre-natal euthanasia with euthanasia being post-natal abortion. The latter is a logical consequence of the former. And the latter is going to be MANDATED by Comrade Obama via his 'death care' plan a lot sooner than you think because, as we all know, Obama is on his schedule for destruction of America at light speed to allow for no opposition whatsoever, which is why his litany of horrendous draconian legislation to do so is always touted as needed yesterday by his commie stooges in congress, which is the typical bald-faced lie of pathological liars!
See the following links.
Just when you think this bill couldn't get any worse, It does:
"One of the most outrageous mandates in the Democratic health care bill is found on page 416. On this page, you will see mandatory “end of life” counseling for seniors every five years. With this counseling, they will be spoken to about the different end of life choices that can be undertaken."
So not only is the government going to ration health care, they also want to make your end of life decisions. What I want to know is this: How will they carry out the decisions they make? Denying surgeries? Shipping you off involuntarily to hospice? Assisted suicide through the office of the Science Czar?
This whole health care plan is nothing more than government getting more and more control over every aspect of your lives.
Now you know why 0bama is in such a rush to ram this thing through. They don't want you to become informed on how truly sinister this bill is.

This is crazy. How could some Democrat not get an amendment approved during committee to remove this page of the new health care legislation?
This is only one outrage contained in this bill. If Obama has his way, forcing this bill to be voted on next week without members and citizens to actually see what is in it, we will definitely be surprised the next time we try to go see a doctor.
Call Democrat Mike Ross and ask him to stop this bill in committee. Also tell him you’ll donate to his campaign and do so, after he stops this bill. The energy committee must pass the bill to get it to the floor. There are many conservative Dems on that committee. Only 7 are needed to kill it. They had 10 yesterday. They need your support. Two other committees already passed it today. We need to call today. Also, can someone else post the names of other blue dog Dems on that committee? Thanks.
You can see the entire 1018 page health care bill here.

My column today delves into the Byzantine world of the Democrats’ government-run health care takeover. I filed it before the latest CBO budget analysis assailing the costs of Obamacare — a predictable outcome which simply bolsters my point. I linked the other day to the incredible flow chart created by the GOP team at the Joint Economic Committee. It deserves far and wide dissemination.. This will be the future if taxpayers sit by and do nothing. (And check this out: The nutroots did not like the chart. Update: Some people are misunderstanding me and CrabbyCon’s chart. The point is that none of the lefties wanted the chart’s info to get to the viewing public.)
Latest legislative machinations:
On the House side, Ways and Means helped Obamacare clear another hurdle.
The 23-to-18 vote came just hours after the director of the Congressional Budget Office, Douglas W. Elmendorf, shook up the political landscape by suggesting that none of the major health care bills would significantly slow the growth of health spending…Two other House panels, the Energy and Commerce Committee and the Education and Labor Committee, are working on the legislation.
Democrats said the actions in the Senate and in the Ways and Means Committee created momentum for passage of the legislation, President Obama’s top domestic priority. But in both committees, the votes generally followed party lines, indicating the lack of consensus on how to finance coverage for the uninsured.
Kimberley Strassel says on the Senate side, Sen. Charles Grassley is the key.
Inside the monstrous Obamacare
by Michelle Malkin
If you think government is too big and too costly, wait until Obamacare kicks in. The Congressional Budget Office put the price tag of the House Democrats’ health care takeover plans at $1.5 trillion over 10 years. But the CBO’s fine print included a tell-tale caveat:
“We have not yet estimated the administrative costs to the federal government of implementing the specified policies, nor have we accounted for all of the proposal’s likely effects on spending for other federal programs.”
You don’t need an accounting degree or clairvoyant powers. The administrative costs and spillover spending effects will be astronomical. Look at existing federal programs. In 1966, the Office of Management and Budget put the total taxpayer costs for Medicare at $64 million. In 2011, Medicare costs are expected to balloon to nearly $500 billion. Medicaid cost $770 million in 1966. By 2011, that program will cost taxpayers an estimated $264 billion. The Virginia-based Council for Affordable Health Insurance estimated that the administrative expenses of both programs last decade were 66% higher than those of private sector health insurance companies.
And we ain’t seen nothing yet. House
Republicans on the Joint Economic Committee sifted through their opponents’
1,018-page health care bill and released a dizzying flow chart detailing the
Byzantine bureaucracy Obamacare would create.
Because 32 “czars” isn’t enough, the Democrat plan would add another overlord to the Obama administration. The new “Health Choices Commissioner” would helm the new “Health Choices Administration” (Section 141 of the bill) – separate from the already existing Department of Health and Human Services, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (formerly the Health Care Financing Administration), the Veterans Health Administration, and the Indian Health Service.
Because the government has done such a boffo job managing the near-bankrupt Social Security and Medicare Trust Funds, the Democrats have proposed creating a “Public Health Investment Fund” and a “Health Insurance Exchange Trust Fund.” The latter would create a “transparent and functional marketplace for individuals and small employers to comparison shop among private and public insurers.”
No matter that state insurance departments already operate such systems. Health care must be “fixed.” The federal cure is redundancy.
The Obamacare bill also creates a new “Bureau of Health
Information” (not to be confused with the already existing
New bureaucracies always have old special interests to appease. The Bureau of Health Information will house its own “Office of Civil Rights” and “Office of Minority Health.” The information czar will be required to collect health statistics in the “primary language” of ethnic minorities – and thus, the need for a new “language demonstration program” to showcase their efforts. Obamacare will also ensure “cultural and linguistics competence training” and establish “a youth public health program to expose and recruit high school students into public health careers.” The government health care juggernaut must be fed and staffed, after all.
Providing more stimulus for taxpayer-funded jobs, the Democrats’ bill would add a new “Senior Advisor for Health Care Fraud” and require the Attorney General to appoint a “Senior Counsel for Health Care Fraud Enforcement.” There’s already a national Health Care Fraud and Abuse Control Program, but who’s counting?
To coordinate all the new bureaucrats, Obamacare would create a new “Health Care Program Integrity Coordinating Council” to “to coordinate strategic planning among federal agencies involved in health care integrity and oversight.”
To make sure all the existing local and state environmental public health agencies don’t feel lonely, the Democrats’ plan creates a new “Coordinated Environmental Public Health Network” to “build upon and coordinate among existing nvironmental and health data collection systems and create state environmental public health networks.”
A new “National Health Care Workforce Commission” will be “tasked with reviewing health care workforce and projected workforce needs.” New funding will be available for a “demonstration program to improve immunization coverage” that would enable government busybodies to send reminders or recalls for patients or providers, or home visits.”
Who’ll be looking out for you? The House bill creates a “public plan ombudsman” and a “special health insurance exchange inspector general” to police spending and guard against waste, fraud, and abuse. Given the sad fate of aggressive watchdogs in the age of Obama, however, these positions will end up like every other new agency, commission, task force, and office created to serve the federal health care beast: black holes.
Senate vote for 'hate crimes' sparks warning

A key Senate vote during the wee hours when most Americans were asleep has added the so-called "hate crimes" plan, which creates federal protections and privileges homosexuals and others who have chosen alternative sexual lifestyles, to a defense spending bill.
While there are
procedural hurdles yet, opponents say they expect the proposal that essentially
makes homosexuals a protected class of citizens in the
But the vote prompted both a warning about what a law linking criminal behavior to thought would do to free speech and a promise that the nation won't give up its citizens' basic rights easily..
months President Obama and the Democratic-led
Congress have forced on the American people the most radical and and immoral agenda," said Mathew Staver,
founder and chairman of Liberty Counsel. "The administration and the Democratic-led Congress are out of
touch with the mainstream. They represent the most fringe extreme elements of
"The people will not remain silent forever," he said.
The House approved its version, H.R. 1913, or the Local Law Enforcement Hate Crimes Prevention Act of 2009, April 29. But the Senate plan remained in the Judiciary Committee until Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, D-Nev., announced its consideration this week.
Then in a middle-of-the-night vote, senators approved 63-28 a plan to add it as an amendment to the Defense Authorization bill pending, despite opposition from Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz.
"This is a complete abdication of the responsibilities of the Judiciary Committee," McCain said.
As WND reported, U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder admitted a homosexual activist who is attacked following a Christian minister's sermon about homosexuality would be protected by the proposed federal law, but a minister attacked by a homosexual wouldn't be.
The revelations came from Holder's June testimony before the Senate Judiciary Committee, which was taking comments on the proposal. The measure also was the subject of discussion on talk radio host Rush Limbaugh's July 3 show.
"This is the question," Limbaugh said. "(Sen.) Jeff Sessions (R-Ala.) presents a hypothetical where a minister gives a sermon, quotes the Bible about homosexuality and is thereafter attacked … by a gay activist because of what the minister said about his religious beliefs and what Scripture says about homosexuality. Is the minister protected?"
No, said Holder..
"Well, the statute would not – would not necessarily cover that," Holder stated. "We're talking about crimes that have a historic basis. Groups who have been targeted for violence as a result of the color of their skin, their sexual orientation, that is what this statute tends – is designed to cover. We don't have the indication that the attack was motivated by a person's desire to strike at somebody who was in one of these protected groups. That would not be covered by the statute."
Continued Limbaugh, "In other words: ministers and whites are not covered by the hate crime statute because we're talking about crimes that have a historic basis, groups who have been targeted for violence as a result of their skin color, sexual orientation. So hate crimes are reserved exclusively for blacks and homosexuals. Everybody else can get to the back of the bus on this one."
WND has reported the plan would give special protections to homosexuals, essentially designating them as a "protected class." However, it could leave Christian ministers open to prosecution should their teachings be linked to any subsequent offense, by anyone, against a homosexual person. The bill earned its nickname, "The Pedophile Protection Act," when Rep. Steve King proposed an amendment during its trek through the U.S. House that would specify pedophiles could not use the law to protect their activities.
Majority Democrats flatly refused.
Erik Stanley, senior legal counsel with the Alliance Defense Fund, told WND the move is alarming because "this would be the very first governmental and societal disapproval of a sincerely held religious belief, held by a majority of Americans, namely that homosexual behavior is immoral.
"It's the first time the federal government is writing into law a disapproval of that belief," he said.
While he said he doesn't believe there will be "immediate" prosecutions of pastors and churches for teaching the biblical injunction that homosexual is sin, "I think the effect on speech and religious speech is nonetheless real."
He said he does expect that pastors soon will begin being called to testify in "hate crime" cases in court "as to what that pastor preaches, what the church teaches, what the Bible teaches."
happens, there will be a shock wave through pastorates in
Ultimately, he warned that the homosexual advocates who have pushed the "hate crimes" plan consider this law just the first step "toward silencing Christians."
documented not only with the development and application of "hate
crimes" laws in other nations, but in the "hate crime" related
speech codes already existing on many university campuses within the
Staver noted the procedural hurdle still to be overcome: the fact that the "hate crimes" plan is attached to the $680 billion Defense Authorization bill that also includes funding for the F-22 jet program, which Obama opposes.
Staver also noted an amendment to the "hate crimes" measure from Sen. Sam Brownback, R-Kan., that apparently strengthens protections for free speech and religious exercise. It was adopted 78-13 and states "hate crime" laws shall not be "applied … in a manner that infringes" the First Amendment.
"Language designed to protect speech and religion notwithstanding, the hate crimes amendment discriminates against some classes of crime victims and gives special rights based on 'sexual orientation' and 'gender identity,' including sexual fetishes and philias," Liberty Counsel explained.
"The name of the bill itself (It's also known as the Matthew Shepard Hate Crimes Bill) is telling. Matthew Shepard is touted by homosexual advocates as a hate crime victim, but the evidence now shows he was not targeted because he was homosexual but was killed because of a drug deal," Liberty Counsel said.
Richard Land, president of the Southern Baptist Convention's Ethics & Religious Liberty Commission, has said such a law – by definition – requires judges to determine what those accused of crimes were thinking.
"This could create a chilling effect on religious speech, connecting innocent expression of religious belief to acts of violence against individuals afforded special protections," he wrote. "The criminalization of religious speech, such as speech against the practice of homosexuality, has already been seen in other countries with similar hate crimes legislation in place."
President Obama, supported strongly during his campaign by homosexual advocates, has indicated he would like to see the legislation become law.
"I urge members on both sides of the aisle to act on this important civil rights issue by passing this legislation to protect all of our citizens from violent acts of intolerance," he said.
A now-concluded special Fed Ex campaign to warn U.S. Senate members of the dangers of the "hate crimes" plan dispatched more than 705,000 letters to senators.
The letter-writing effort was organized by WND columnist Janet Porter, who also heads the Faith2Action Christian ministry. It allowed citizens to send individually addressed letters to all 100 senators over their own "signature" for only $10.95.
Rick Scarborough of Vision America, Donald Wildmon of the American Family Association, Janet Porter of Faith2Action and many other opponents of hate crimes legislation have been urging voters to immediately contact their senators to oppose the plan.
Concerned individuals may e-mail their respective senators or call 1(877) 851-6437 or 1(202) 224-3121.
