Our Rights As Catholic Christians Are Being Subtly Stolen From Us Because We Have Become "Sheople”, Afraid To Speak Out - Gary L. Morella

Two close friends of mine related similar disturbing incidents in regard to Catholic home schooled students who had to undertake a physical exam under PA state law. Both students were young girls who were asked very personal questions by their doctors who had NO RIGHT, I repeat, NO RIGHT, to ask these questions without the consent of the parents. These questions were of a very sensitive sexual nature in regard as to whether or not these girls had sexual relations. We're talking about 13 year olds, to the best of my knowledge.

Personally, I don't care what age these girls were. What I do care about is that they were MINOR children whose parents have the primary responsibility of looking out for their welfare, a responsibility recognized by their faith in many Church documents.

These doctors, in the name of the state, had no right whatsoever, to tell the parents of these girls that they needed to talk to them in private under the specious excuse that they would be more forthcoming to these strangers than they would their own parents, whose unconditional love for them is born out by the sacrifices that they are making, home-schooling them in the faith such that they know the difference between right and wrong, i.e., education as opposed to the indoctrination into the promiscuous secular mindset of organizations like Planned Parenthood, which foster this secret mentality that we have to keep confidential, behavior that parents, above all, should know about first. Moreover, these Catholic home-schooled girls by the very nature of their education are at the lowest risk humanly possible for the necessity of such unwarranted invasions of privacy by doctors in the name of the State.

I also found out from one friend that one of the girls was asked, "Do you have any guns in your home?" What does that have to do with a routine physical? Answer, NOTHING! It has EVERYTHING to do with a police state that this country is becoming under liberal socialism run amuck.

If you are a parent, and a doctor tells you that he needs to speak to your minor child in private, you have EVERY RIGHT TO REFUSE such a demand if your faith means anything to you, i.e., if you know and live your faith.

DON'T FORGET THAT! Our rights as Catholic Christians are being subtly stolen from us because we have become "sheople," afraid to speak out. If we care about our children, especially the battle for their souls, and the future of our country founded under a God Who is being continuously mocked, this apathy MUST STOP!
