It has been a long while since I last posted to this blog. No doubt anyone that had been following this space has long ago lost heart and given up hope that they would be read something from this blog again. I, in fact, was one of them. Well, this is no longer true because I think I am back writing again. My position and responsibilities have shifted somewhat. Throughout my transition there has been more learning than incentive for me to share the challenges of managing this transition. I had decided it would be better to wait until I had focused my thinking. Now, with my thinking perhaps taking on a bit more clarity, I feel I am to the point where these narrative exercises will help me focus even more, help me learn and perhaps share the ideas that challenge me in my work at the e-Education Institute.
I have learned that I always learn best when I put myself in a position where I have to articulate what it is I understand and how I have come to this understanding.
