A number of faculty, me included, were recognized yesterday by the students for our efforts in our courses. What an honor!
One of the challenges in teaching large sections is that it is difficult to know individual students and whether or not you are making a difference. Faculty were honored from a wide range of courses and it was nice to learn about all of the amazing people on campus.
