I am an instructor in Education at Penn State Wilkes-Barre.  I teach Educational Theory and Policy, Educational Psychology, Curriculum & Instruction and College Reading Improvement.  I am a doctoral student in Human Development at Marywood University with a concentration on Instructional Leadership. My research interests are the impact of diversity courses on white racial identity and gender equity in education.
