- MGMT 461 International Management
The main objective of this course is to provide students with a conceptual and practical
understanding of the problems and challenges in managing multinational corporations (MNCs). 
While introducing existing theoretical perspectives on international management, this course is
also designed to help students develop their own view on global strategy and management. 
After taking this course, students will become better equipped to deal with the tasks of
strategy formulation in a multinational context, country management, and coordination and
control of local subsidiaries.
 
- MGMT 539 Social Networks and Organizations
The objective of this course is to familiarize students with the theory, research and
methodological issues connected with social network analysis in organizational contexts. 
Upon completion of the course, students should have a good grasp of social network concepts
and methods, and be able to use them to conduct research.
 
- MGMT 578 Strategic Management 
This course involves a critical review of theory and research in the field of strategic management.
The scope of the course is comprehensive, encompassing the following domains: strategic
content, strategic processes, top executives, and corporate governance. Particular emphasis is
placed on empirical study of strategic issues.
