Professor of Practice for Penn State’s Graduate Certificate in Geospatial Intelligence, Postbaccalaureate Certificate in Geospatial Intelligence Applications, Geospatial Intelligence option within both Penn State’s Master of Geographic Information Systems and the Intercollege Master of Professional Studies in Homeland Security. Teaches graduate-level courses in geospatial intelligence and geographic information systems.
