One goal which most teachers strive for is improvement in teaching. However, it is easy to be overwhelmed by ideas and plans. The purpose of this worksheet is to get you to focus on ONE area of teaching which you plan to develop in the future. You should plan to identify areas in your teaching which you would like to develop, gather feedback relevant to those areas, analyze that feedback, and where appropriate, find effective ways to implement changes. Please answer the following questions briefly and as specifically as possible. The completed worksheet can be printed out or e-mailed to Sydney at sra113@psu.edu.
