RECENT ADMINISTRATIVE & PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT EXPERIENCE at Penn State School of Graduate Professional Studies
- Professor-in-Charge, Master of Finance program (2008 – present): Manage a cohort weekend program. Part-time and online programs are scheduled to start in fall, 2011 and spring 2012, respectively.
- Academic Division Head, Management Division (2006-2008):
o Led the Management Division with 23 full-time faculty members offering three programs, MBA, Master of Leadership Development, and Master of Finance.
o The responsibilities included budgeting, faculty recruiting, annual faculty performance review, development of new degree program in management, student recruiting, and staff evaluation. During the two-year period, the graduate enrollment grew significantly during the two-year period, reaching to an all-time high of over 720 students
o Developed and launched in 2007 a new Master of Finance program, an accelerated cohort based weekend program
