AVISTA in the UK

AVISTA in the United Kingdom As AVISTA continues to grow, our interests and connections grow with us. In particular, in keeping with our European focus, we have now begun to have connections with societies and conferences in the UK, we hope on a continuing basis.
	The 2005 Leeds Medieval Congress	AVISTA will again sponsor a number of sessions in conjunctions with the British Museum.
	The 2002 Leeds Medieval Congress	AVISTA will now be directly sponsoring a number of sessions at the Leeds conference, and papers given their will also be considered along with our Kalamazoo papers for the annual Ashgate volume.
	SHMTS	Our sister society, the Oxford-based Society for the History of Medieval Technology and Society covers many topics of direct and indirect interest to AVISTA members.
