- Congrats
to Grace who placed 1st overall for yogurt in the individual scoring.
The
Contest represents the culmination of an intense training of college
students by college coaches who are experts in dairy product evaluation.
The dairy processing industry donates the samples from all over
the United States and Canada. The uniqueness of the Contest is
that all participants benefit by gaining knowledge about the quality
of dairy products and how to critically evaluate them. The team
members enjoy a special experience in competition and associating
with rival students from other colleges and meeting industry leaders
who are dedicated to the art and science of producing the best
dairy products in the world.
If
you are interested in competing with the team please contact Dr.
Bob Roberts or any member of the team.
