Hello. My name is Rick Ciocci. Welcome to my Penn State web page. I am an Assistant Professor of Mechanical Engineering at Penn State Harrisburg.  You can explore the BS in Mechanical Engineering Technology degree program at http://www.hbg.psu.edu/met/.
