This is what I do....

I teach physical education activity courses, an introductory sex education course, and an athletic training course. In addition to my teaching duties, I was the Women's Volleyball Coach for 27 years. I am also a certified Athletic Trainer by the NATA.

My Background....

I am from Wild, Wonderful West Virginia and can be considered a real "Mountain Mama." I do wear shoes and I have teeth!!

My Education....

B.S., M.S. in Physical Education, West Virginia University

My Family....

I am married to Albert Sheaffer (Maj. Ret. U.S. Army). We live in Altoona. My sister and her family live in Florida and the rest of my relatives live in West Virginia.

My interests....

Traveling, enjoying the outdoors, golfing, and pets (even though I don't have any now).
