Hello, my
name is Matt Weiss. I'm
a PhD
student  and instructor
in the English department at Penn State, and I
am also currently the Composition Assistant, (an
administrative position involving work with first-year
instructors). My
area of
concentration is Rhetoric and Composition; specifically, I study the
history of rhetoric, the intersection of rhetoric and technology, and
the
effect of various media on the concept of audience.
For a forum that will likely be updated more often than this website,
check out my blog.
I would like to

Wilson Lundin for introducing me to the basics of website creation,
and Stuart Selber for
pushing me to develop my thinking about, and use of, technology.
