I conduct extension, research, and teaching activities in the area of forest incentives and alternative income opportunities from forestland.  As an extension specialist I focus on socio-economic and policy issues with various stakeholder groups. I have extensive international forestry experience where I worked for a variety of international organizations such as the World Bank, Peace Corps, and Tropical Forest Foundation. I teach international forestry, agroforestry, forest economics, integrated natural resource management and natural resource development projects.
