My Climbing Page
Here is a general body workout I am subjecting myself to, stolen from our trusty Navy SEALs. I augment this with lots of bouldering on my homemade woodie and on the local boulders of central PA. Actually, the converse is true, in that I augment the bouldering with the workout.
I am starting a climbing safety page, modeled after APPROACH magazine, a safety-related magazine for Naval Aviation.
