1. To understand the basic principles of nutrition.
2. To become knowledgeable in assessing current nutrition issues.
3. To make wise food choices part of a healthy lifestyle.

Make-up exams will be given only to those students who have made prior arrangements with me. If you are sick, email (LMorrow@psu.edu) or phone my office (or have someone phone or email for you) and leave a message with your phone number. Then sign a release at Ritenour Health Center so your inability to take the exam can be verified. Contact me to plan time for make-up. You must make contact by phone or email within 24 hours of the exam to be assured of being allowed to make up the exam even with a health center excuse.
