Welcome to my website.
Since 1999, I have been an assistant professor in the Department of Telecommunications, of the College of Communications at Penn State University. I earned a doctoral degree in mass communications from the Department of Telecommunications at Indiana University, Bloomington. My dissertation was on the effect of telecommunications deregulation on the achievement of universal service objectives. My other research interests include media economics and the political economy of intellectual property rights. |

In Spring 2003, I will be teaching three classes. COMM 387 is an introductory class in telecommunications management required for all telecommunications majors. COMM 580 is a graduate-level class that analyzes the economic and business aspects of media and telecommunications industries. I will also be teaching a one-credit first-year seminar, PSU 009 on privacy and the internet. |
