Each envoy will compose a brief according to an assigned area of expertise. The brief will be a concise but thorough analysis of the Arab-Israeli conflict from specific perspectives.
Each corps will follow diplomatic protocol, that is, a particular way of conducting negotiations. Envoys will use the protocol log to evaluate themselves and members of their corps.
Each corps will present a bargaining plan--a list of arguments the corps will follow to help them negotiate peace for Jerusalem--in the medium they choose.
Each envoy will present a proposal in the form of a speech. The combined proposals will become the draft of a treaty.
Envoys will participate in oral negotiations and ultimately agree upon a treaty.
Envoys will offer advice to the world about the process to peace. The advice and their treaty will become their recommendation to the world and be placed on this web site.
