I am responsible for Food Chemistry (FDSC400) and Food Chemistry laboratory (FDSC402) each fall semester.  I also teach a graduate class in Food Physical Chemistry (FDSC514) alternate fall semesters and the Chemistry portion of Advanced Food Science (FDSC500) every fall.
