Fortran 90 Programming, Class Materials

Notice on Copying and Using this material

This material is the result of a class last taught in 1997, with minor updates since that time.  As time permits I will update programming examples to better reflect programming practices that I've picked up or developed through heavy use of the language during the years since I last taught the class.  More recent examples have a .f90 rather than .f suffix.
