Use of Overset Grids in Computational Fluid Dynamics
I'm out of town April 5, so this is a good opportunity for a special
two lecture presentation by Dr. Eric Patterson from the Applied
Research Laboratory, Computational Mechanics Division. Overset
Grids are a very powerful tool for computational modeling of flows in
complex geometries and/or problems with a mixture of stationary and
moving boundaries (e.g. turbomachinery).
