I am Dr. Gus Prestera, Adjunct Professor at Penn State University's Great Valley campus, teaching in the Instructional Systems Program. I am currently teaching two courses (INSYS 441 and 597b) that help make up the Instructional Design for E-Learning graduate certificate program.

In addition to teaching, I also own and operate an instructional design consulting firm, effectPerformance, and work with organizations of various sizes to design and develop training programs.
