I am Dr. Gus Prestera, Adjunct Professor at Penn State University's Great Valley campus, teaching in the Instructional Systems Program. I am currently teaching two courses (INSYS 441 and 597) that help make up the Instructional Design for E-Learning graduate certificate program.

In addition to teaching, I am a partner in a performance improvement consultancy, Performance Development Group (PDG), and work with organizations of various sizes and types to design and develop learning and performance improvement programs. I am the Executive Director, overseeing all Client Services functions, including instructional design, performance consulting, innovations, managed services and staffing, graphic design, multimedia, and development.
